New Products Page in Office 365 Admin Portal

Office 365 Administrators using First Release will soon start seeing a new Setup tab in the Admin Portal (this should arrive later for those not on First Release). This tab has 3 options shown below:

Domains and Data Migration existed before, and have simply been relocated under this new Setup grouping. Products however is a new page that addresses a common need for administrators.

Many Office 365 administrator frequently come to the question of what license includes what features. Before, this could be addressed by trying to assign a license on the users page, a Google search, or PowerShell.

The new Products page shows a combination of data previously only available on other pages, in addition to some new data.

On this page you’ll see all the Products that your tenant is licensed for, in addition to the quantities purchased and available. My favorite section however is all the little icons under Software included. This finally provides a single place to see what licenses you have, how many you have, and what they include.
