Microsoft employs a platform called UserVoice to let you share your ideas and suggestions for almost all of their products. This is great and all, but each product has its own site, and there’s no master list. Well, now there is a list, and you can find it right below!
What is UserVoice?
UserVoice is a site that allows you to share ideas and suggestions, and vote on existing ones. Using your email address, you can sign in and start submitting and voting immediately. Depending on which site you are on, you get a specific number of votes (usually 10 or 20) to use overall. You can use between one and three votes per idea. Once Microsoft responds to an idea you voted on, you get your votes back.
Because votes are limited, Microsoft pays close attention to what gets votes, and takes action on it. In fact, many of the features you use today are likely the result of UserVoice ideas.
What UserVoice is not: A place to get support. If something is not working, please work with Microsoft Support or a Microsoft Partner. UserVoice is only for ideas and suggestions, not issues.
